With Valentine's only a few days away and me teaching myself how to Crochet I came across this tutorial to make mini love-hearts and gave it a try. My version is what you see above and for a first try I think it's rather good. It was supposed to be a little token of my affection for the hubby for Valentines, but Sera found it and took it to show to daddy right away shouting 'Daddy! Mummy made this for you for Valens!' Of course, he didn't understand what she was saying or even that it was a heart but as always it's the thought that counts right?
Con solo pochi giorni di distanza dal San Valentino e siccome sto imparando uncinetto mi sono imbattuto in questo tutorial per fare mini amore-cuore e dato una prova. La mia versione è quello che vedete sopra e per un primo tentativo penso che è venuto piuttosto buona. Doveva essere un piccolo segno del mio affetto per il mio marito, ma Sera l'ha trovato e l'ha portato per mostrare a papà subito gridando 'Papà! Mamma ha fatto questo per voi per Valens!' Certo, lui non capiva quello che stava dicendo o anche che si trattava di un cuore, ma come sempre è il pensiero che conta, giusto?
